Landscape Maintenance Laborer

• Maintenance of Commercial & Residential Properties, including Grass Cutting & Trimming
• Edging & Weeding of Garden Beds, Pruning Shrubs

Requirements

• Must Be a Team Player with a Good Working Attitude
• Be Able to Operate Landscape & Turf Equipment Safely
• First Aid Certificate Is an Asset
• Punctuality & Reliability Is a Must
• Able to Stay on Task When Given Instructions
• Able to Work in the Outdoor Elements

Landscape Construction Laborer

• Minimum 3 Years' Experience
• First Aid Certificate Is an Asset
• Working Knowledge of All Aspects of Landscape Construction
• Experience in Pre-Cast Concrete Pavers & Walls, Natural Flagstone, & Retaining Wall Construction
• Experience with Grading & Planting
• Machine Operator Experience (Both Heavy & Light)

Landscape Construction Lead Hand

• Minimum 5 Years' Experience
• First Aid Certificate Is an Asset
• Knowledge in Reading Blue Prints to Calculate Materials Required
• Horticultural Skills (Related Certification Is an Asset)
• Demonstrated Supervisory & Communication Skills
• Ability to Physically Participate in Day-to-Day Maintenance
• Experience in Pre-Cast Concrete Pavers & Walls, Natural Flagstone, & Retaining Wall Construction
• Machine Operator Experience (Both Heavy & Light)
